J.R. Smith got absolutely leveled by a Kendrick Perkins screen

J.R. Smith was tracking back with Kevin Durant in transition in the Sunday afternoon game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Completely unbeknownst to him, the brick wall of Kendrick Perkins was lying in wait.

Perkins looked to lean into the pick somewhat, a la Bad Boys-era Rick Mahorn, but no foul was called. Smith was dazed, looked a little out of it, and was slow to get up, but returned to play soon after.
