Paula Patton to testify in Robin Thicke plagiarism case involving another Marvin Gaye song

Robin Thicke just can’t seem to catch a break these days.  Despite his seemingly valiant attempt to save his marriage with the moderately well-received Paula album, his wife Paula Patton still filed for divorce in late fall 2014.  And then there was all the controversy surrounding Thicke’s chart-topping single, “Blurred Lines,” which resulted in a lawsuit  Marvin Gaye’s family filed against Thicke and Pharrell Williams.  Thicke and Williams counter-sued, but lost the first round against the family.

Now news comes that Thicke’s ex-wife is set to testify in yet another case brought against him by Marvin Gaye’s estate involving allegations of plagiarism, this time with regards to Thicke’s song…
