Mom of TCU’s B.J. Catalon says son is off to NFL

Just because yesterday was the deadline for draft-eligible players to declare their intentions with the NFL, it doesn’t mean we’re done with the news of such players trickling out.

Ahead of the release of the NFL’s official early-entry list this coming Monday, the mother of TCU running back B.J. Catalon confirmed to TCU360.com that her son has decided to forego his remaining eligibility and make himself available for the April/May draft.  The school also subsequently confirmed that Catalon is gone, and it doesn’t appear he will be changing his mind at any point over the weekend.
